As a Senior Accountant you'll report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with your fellow accountants. Your core responsibilities encompass:
- Ensuring adherence to accounting standards by maintaining up-to-date procedures,
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring continuity in the absence of team members, and jointly ensuring timely monthly closures,
- Preparation of various declarations such as VAT, intra-community, and intrastat returns,
- Monitoring and enhancing new electronic accounts payable system, maintaining strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders,
- Managing the entire asset module, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking.
Moreover, your role will be tailored to your interests and strengths, potentially including:
- Management of credit and collection tools.
- Optimization of treasury functions,
- Serving as the point of contact for VAT-related matters,
- Financial controlling and reporting,
- IFRS consolidation,
- Annual budget processes,
- Oversight of transfer pricing.
This role often involves engaging in project-based initiatives to drive continuous improvement within finance operations.

Požiadavky
Education in a relevant field (accountancy, taxation, economics, etc.),
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, preferably in an international context and within a production company,
English proficiency at a B2 level,
Experience with SAP is highly advantageous,
Additional experience in any of the following domains would be beneficial: IFRS consolidation, VAT, treasury management.
