Join dynamic technology company specializing in cutting-edge meteorological solutions as a Technical Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll drive development projects, analyse customer requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions, combining your technical leadership with a deep understanding of project lifecycle continuity. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Collaborating with the Product Owner to comprehend product changes and propose technical solutions,
· Analysing customer requirements and translating them into development tasks for the team,
· Providing developers with essential technical information and guidance,
· Leading development projects, serving as a technical advisor,
· Communicating with customers throughout the project lifecycle, addressing technical details, discussing progress and answering related questions,
· Making crucial technical decisions to guide project development.
Požiadavky
Proven experience in technical leadership of software development projects,
Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, C++, Python, Java, or similar, with strong skills in code reading, software design, and object-oriented design,
Expertise in conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and provide constructive feedback,
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for teleconferences, on-site visits, reading requirements, and writing technical specifications.
We would also appreciate:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,
Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Angular framework,
Familiarity with reactive and/or functional programming principles,
Expertise in graphics programming, including shader writing and experience with modern web APIs (preferably WebGL, WebGPU),
Experience with AWS CDK and cloud infrastructure,
Willingness to travel abroad for a few short trips annually.

2100€/gross - salary will be set based on applicant´s experience.
