Popis
As the IT Support Specialist, you will assume responsibility for enhancing digital systems (MES/Scada, D365 F&O, ...) and providing support to end-users in system utilization. Your primary duties will involve:
- Escalating and monitoring significant issues,
- Proposing enhancements and submitting functional requests,
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement process of implementations, including testing, DevOps, etc.,
- Managing IT-related projects and serving as an effective liaison with end-users,
- Developing and maintaining operational procedures for internal management,
- Reporting directly to the IT Manager.
Požiadavky
Minimum 3 years of experience required,
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher,
Thorough understanding of Office 365 applications, including Office, SharePoint, and other related apps,
Basic knowledge of DevOps, Microsoft Entra (Azure), and Power BI,
While programming skills are not mandatory, having an affinity with programming is advantageous,
Experience with D365 F&O, C#, and (Azure) SQL would be appreciated.
